Shelcal XT Tablet is a nutritional supplement drug belonging to the class of Supplements, containing the active ingredient Calcium+Vitamin D3+Mecobalamin+Pyridoxal-5-phosphate. It is also used to treat lower levels of calcium. It can be given for certain bone conditions such as osteoporosis (thinning of bone) along with other medicines.
