Introduction to Velvetrol Ct Tablet

Velvetrol CT Tablet belongs to the group of medications called nutritional supplements. It contains active ingredients such as calcium carbonate and calcitriol, primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. Calcium is essential for bone health, which is used to treat and prevent a calcium deficiency and can be given for certain bone conditions such as osteoporosis. Calcitriol is a synthetic derivative of Vitamin D3 that aids in treating metabolic bone disease and calcium insufficiency. 

The symptoms likely associated with Velvetrol CT Tablet are constipation, stomach upset, headache, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, tiredness, weakness, fast heartbeat, muscle pain, and mood changes. Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms disturb you or persist. Inform your doctor if you experience hypersensitivity to calcium carbonate, calcitriol, or any of its ingredients.

Before treatment with this medication, let your physician know if you have kidney stones, hypervitaminosis D (high vitamin D levels), hypercalcemia (high calcium levels), malabsorption syndrome, heart, liver, or kidney disease. Consult your healthcare provider if you are a pregnant or breastfeeding woman. Velvetrol CT Tablet should be given to children only when prescribed by a doctor.

Calcium carbonate works by neutralizing the acid released in the stomach. Calcitriol acts by regulating phosphorous and calcium levels in the body. Together, it support immune function, DNA synthesis, cell division, wound healing, maintaining bone density, and promoting calcium transport from the bloodstream into the bone.
