Introduction to Xerostene Mouth Gargle

Xerostene Mouth Gargle is a combination of two solutions. Solution A contains dibasic sodium phosphate 0.032%w/v and monobasic sodium phosphate 0.009%w/v. Solution B contains calcium chloride dihydrate 0.052%w/v and sodium chloride 0.569%w/v. It has the same inorganic ingredients—calcium and phosphate—that are found in saliva in nature. It is a highly concentrated electrolyte solution that resembles human saliva and contains supersaturated calcium and phosphate ions. It also aids in the restoration of the saliva's natural pH and electrolyte balance, which preserves the integrity of the teeth's mineral content.

Treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy might result in oral mucositis. The interior lining of the mouth experiences discomfort, redness, and swelling when it has oral mucositis. The treatment for oral mucositis is Xerostene Mouth Gargle. Tell your physician about all the medications you are taking recently before starting treatment.
