Introduction to Acegaba Nt 400mg Tablet
Acegaba NT 400mg tablet contains an active component called Gabapentin and nortriptyline. This medicine belongs to a group of anticonvulsants and tricyclic antidepressants, respectively. It is used to treat neuropathic pain (pain in damaged nerves). Consult your doctor if you are allergic to gabapentin or nortriptyline, any of the ingredients present in it. Inform your doctor immediately if you have anaphylaxis or allergic reaction (serious allergic reaction).
Inform your doctor if you have a heart or kidney, persistent stomach pain, thyroid, diabetes, high blood pressure, or prostate problem before taking the acegaba NT 400mg tablet. Elderly patients with kidney disorders must inform their doctor of dosage adjustments to avoid undesirable effects. Consult your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant or while you are breastfeeding.

Gabapentin enhances the GABA derivation across the brain, enhances GABA action, and modulates the ca+ channel; Both gabapentin and nortriptyline are involved in controlling neuronal excitability in the brain. Thereby, it helps to treat neuropathic pain.
