Actorise 200mcg injection is an erythropoiesis-stimulating protein produced by recombinant DNA technology. It is closely related to erythropoietin and stimulates erythropoiesis by the same mechanism, and both agents bind to progenitor stem cells stimulating the production/differentiation of red blood cells. It works by causing the bone marrow to make more red blood cells. 

1. Lenalidomide (Oral Route) Moderate
   Avoid combination if possible. If concurrent use is essential, the doctor may closely monitor for signs of blood clot formation such as swelling, pain, or sudden breathing difficulty.

2. Pomalidomide (Oral Route) Moderate
   Concurrent use may increase the risk of clotting complications. If combination therapy is required, monitor for unusual bleeding, swelling in one limb, chest pain, or sudden shortness of breath and seek medical advice immediately.

3. Thalidomide (Oral Route) Moderate
   Using both medicines together can raise the risk of thromboembolic events. Patients should watch for fatigue, breathlessness, pale skin, easy bruising, or unexpected bleeding and report symptoms promptly.

4. Olmesartan Medoxomil (Oral Route) Mild
   This combination may reduce the effectiveness of darbepoetin alfa. Blood pressure and potassium levels are usually monitored regularly during combined use.

5. Irbesartan (Oral Route) Mild
   Irbesartan may lower the response to darbepoetin alfa. Routine monitoring of blood pressure and clinical response is recommended when both medicines are used together.

Actorise 200mcg storage conditions are:

• Store in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C).

• Do not freeze. Store in the original package to protect from light.

• Keep the injection away from the reach of children and pets.

• If you have missed any dosing appointments, inform your doctor and schedule immediately.

This injection is to be given under the skin (subcutaneous). Your doctor, nurse, or other healthcare professional will train you on how to inject yourself with this pre-filled pen. Do not try to inject the pre-filled pen if you are not well-trained. Never inject the medicine into your vein. If you need help to inject the medicine, visit the nearby hospital or clinic.
