Introduction to Adleap 160mg Tablet

Adleap 160mg tablet contain an active component called enzalutamide. It belongs to the class of medicines called androgen receptor inhibitors. This medication is used to treat adult men with prostate cancer. It is given to men with high testosterone (does have response to hormonal therapy or the prostate cancer has spread to other parts). Inform your doctor if you are allergic to enzalutamide or any of the ingredients present in them. Inform your doctor if you have any history of liver, kidney or heart problem (irregular heart beat) and seizure or cancer (other than prostate cancer). 

Inform your doctor about your prescribed and non-prescribed medicine and proper diet while under medication. It will be helpful for him to treat you based on your previous medical or make some dose adjustments. The safety and effectiveness of Adleap 160mg tablet in pediatric male have not been established. So, it is not recommended for them. Consult your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant while breastfeeding.

  • Used in prostate cancer (lower testosterone)

Therapeutic Effects of Adleap 160mg Tablet

Adleap 160mg tablet medicine acts by blocking the activity of androgens hormone (such as testosterone) by binding with androgen receptors. Thereby, it stops the growth and division of prostate cancer cells and lowers the testosterone level.


Interaction of Adleap 160mg Tablet with other drugs

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with adleap 160mg tablet and can cause undesirable side effects.
