Azimbra 40mg Injection restricts TNF-alpha's ability to connect with its receptors, which in turn prevents TNF-alpha from mediating downstream signaling pathways. The inflammatory response, which includes immune cell activation, inflammatory cytokine generation, and recruitment of inflammatory cells to inflammatory areas, is largely regulated by these signaling pathways.  By restricting the signaling pathway it decreases inflammation in various autoimmune diseases.

Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Azimbra 40mg Injection and reduce effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects. Live vaccines must not be concurrently used along with Azimbra 40mg Injection.

• Store in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C).

• Do not freeze.

• Protect the medicine from light and excessive moisture.

• Keep the medicine out of reach of children and pets

• It is important to get the dose at the scheduled time. If you missed the schedule, contact your doctor and reschedule the dose.

Azimbra 40mg Injection is administered by injection under the skin (subcutaneously). The dosage and frequency of Azimbra 40mg Injection will depend on various factors, including the patient's age, weight, overall health, and the type and stage of disease being treated. It's important to follow the dosing instructions provided by a healthcare provider, and not to adjust the dosage or frequency without consulting with them first. This medicine is to be administered by injection under the skin (subcutaneously). Your doctor or other healthcare professional will train you on how to use this injection. Do not self-administer this injection until you get trained. 

If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible unless it's within 6 hours of the next scheduled dose. In that case, the missed dose should be skipped and the regular dosing schedule resumed. It's important not to take a double dose of Azimbra 40mg Injection to make up for a missed dose.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them. AZIMBRA 40MG INJECTION side effects are

Serious 

• Heart problems

• Abnormal heart beat

• Severe skin reactions

• GI bleeding

• Abnormal blood count values

• Liver injury

• Bone problems

• Infections

• Severe respiratory problems

Common: 

• Injection site reactions

• Rash

• Headache

• Sinusitis

• Upper respiratory infections

• Fever

• Follow your healthcare provider’s instructions carefully for Azimbra 40mg Injection or any other prescribed medication.

• Do not stop treatment on your own, even if you feel better. Always consult your doctor before making any changes.

• Monitor your blood counts at regular intervals as recommended by your healthcare provider.

• Include anti-inflammatory foods in your diet, such as olive oil, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, and fatty fish.

• Eat foods rich in healthy fats, like avocados, almonds, seeds, and olive oil to help reduce inflammation and support overall health.

• Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

• Consult your doctor before receiving any vaccinations, as certain vaccines may not be suitable during this treatment.

• Inform your doctor if you currently have or previously had hepatitis B, as this medication may increase the risk of the infection returning.

• You may be trained on how to administer the injection at home; ensure you fully understand all instructions before doing so.

• Always rotate injection sites,use a different area of the body each time to prevent skin irritation.

• Avoid injecting into areas that are hard, bruised, red, or tender.

• Attend all scheduled appointments and follow-up visits with your healthcare provider to monitor treatment effectiveness and manage any side effects promptly.
