Cilacar TC 6.25 mg tablet contains the active constituents of Telmisartan, cilnidipine, and chlorthalidone, which belong to antihypertensive drugs. It helps control high blood pressure, and it is used in the treatment of hypertension when a single medication is ineffective. Cilacar TC 6.25mg helps relax the blood vessels by making it easier for the heart to pump blood all over the body, and it decreases the risk of heart attack and stroke. The dosage of this medication will depend upon the condition and how individuals respond to the medication. This medicine acts by lowering blood pressure and reducing heart attack and stroke, so don't stop this medication without the proper advice of a doctor.
The common side effects of Cilacar TC 6.25mg tablet are dizziness, swelling in the ankles, headaches, feeling sleepy, tiredness, and stomach upset. Since it makes a person sleepy, don't drive or handle heavy machinery because you may lack concentration. You can also change your lifestyle, such as eating a low-fat and salt diet and quitting smoking, which helps the medication work effectively.
Do not consume Cilacar TC 6.25mg tablet if you are allergic to Telmisartan, Azelnidipine, and its other ingredients.
