1. Rifampicin (Severe)

2. CYP3A4 Inhibitors / Inducers (Severe)
   Strong enzyme modulators like ketoconazole (inhibitor) or carbamazepine (inducer) may alter artesunate levels, leading to toxicity or treatment failure.

3. Antimalarial Drugs (Moderate)
   Concurrent use with drugs like chloroquine or atovaquone/proguanil can affect treatment efficacy or increase side effects.

4. Macrolide Antibiotics (Moderate)
   Drugs such as erythromycin or azithromycin can interact and may lead to altered artesunate levels.

5. Anti-arrhythmic Drugs (Moderate)

6. Antiepileptics (Moderate)
