Introduction
Endobloc T Kit tablet is a combination of two active ingredients called, Ambrisentan and Tadalafil, used in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadalafil is a type of medication called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor, whereas Ambrisentan belongs to an endothelin receptor antagonist. It functions by inducing relaxation in the blood vessels within the lungs. Do not consume this medicine if you are allergic to Ambrisentan, Tadalafil or any of its ingredients in the medication. Avoid taking this medicine if you have liver conditions or low blood pressure. Do not consume this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, use organic nitrates or GC stimulators, have a history of vision loss in one eye, or have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
Before starting to consume Endobloc T Kit tablet, inform your doctor if you have hypotension, a history of heart failure, or severe liver disease. Inform your doctor if you recently had a stroke or myocardial infarction. Notify your doctor if you have or have had lung conditions, anemia, or edema (fluid retention). Before beginning the treatment, notify your doctor if you have any issues such as penis deformation, swelling in the extremities, prolonged or painful erection (priapism), cancer (leukemia, multiple myeloma), severe kidney problems, abnormality of red blood cells, or loss of hearing. This medicine is not advised to use in children under 18 years old. Your doctor will conduct blood tests to check for anemia and assess the liver's functionality.

How Endobloc T Kit Tablet Works
Tadalafil works by relaxing the blood vessels in the chest area. This relaxation increases blood flow to the lungs and reduces the strain on the heart. Ambrisentan works by preventing the action of endothelin, a natural substance that narrows blood vessels and raises blood pressure. By relaxing the constricted pulmonary arteries, Ambrisentan improves blood supply to the lungs and lowers blood pressure.
Interaction of Endobloc T Kit Tablet with other drugs
Taking Endobloc T Kit Tablet (mifepristone + misoprostol) with any of the following medicines can change the effect of either of them and may increase the risk of serious side effects.
Corticosteroids such as Prednisolone or Dexamethasone (Oral/Injection Route) Life-threatening
Do not use together unless advised by a doctor.
Mifepristone may block the effect of corticosteroids and reduce their therapeutic benefit.
Anticoagulants such as Warfarin (Oral Route) Life-threatening
Use only under strict medical supervision.
Concomitant use may increase the risk of heavy bleeding.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen or Diclofenac (Oral Route) Moderate
Use with caution.
These medicines may increase the risk of stomach irritation or bleeding when used together.
Ketoconazole or Itraconazole (Oral Route) Moderate
Use carefully.
These medicines may increase mifepristone levels and raise the risk of side effects.
Rifampicin, Carbamazepine, or Phenytoin (Oral Route) Moderate
Avoid using together.
These medicines may reduce the effectiveness of mifepristone.
Other uterotonic medicines (Oral/Injection Route) Moderate
Use only if prescribed.
Concomitant use may increase uterine contractions and the risk of complications.
Storage Conditions
Keep out of sight and reach of pets and children.
Do not freeze the medicine.
Do not store above 30°C.

How to consume Endobloc T Kit Tablet
Take the Endobloc T Kit tablet as your physician advises. Usually, the tablets will be taken with or without food. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition. Only stop taking the tablet if your doctor advises you to stop.
