Introduction to Erlamide 60mg Tablet 60's
Erlamide Tablet is an anti-cancer drug that belongs to the androgen receptor inhibitors class of medications. It is indicated for treating patients with certain types of prostate cancer whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body and still responds to a medical or surgical treatment that lowers testosterone (male reproductive hormone) or whose cancer has not spread to other parts of the body and no longer responds to a medical or surgical treatment that lowers testosterone.
Erlamide 60mg Tablet works by stopping the effects of androgen (male reproductive hormone) from stopping the growth or spread of cancer cells. Inform your physician if you have any symptoms of chest pain, indigestion, heart attack, trouble walking, and numbness in the face and body. Erlamide Tablet is not recommended in pregnant women because this may cause harm to your unborn baby. This medication may be taken with or without food. This medicine may cause fertility problems in males. Males should not become fathers or donate sperm during the treatment and for 3 months after the last done. Use effective birth control methods.

Therapeutic Effects of Erlamide 60mg Tablet 60's
Erlamide Tablet is a selective androgen receptor (AR) inhibitor that binds directly to the androgen receptor binding domain. It inhibits protein transportation in the nucleus, DNA binding, and AR-mediated transcription. Treatment with Erlamide Tablet reduces cancer cell growth and increases cell death, resulting in effective anticancer activity.

Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Erlamide Tablets and reduce effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

- Store Erlamide Tablet in the original package at room temperature (20°C to 25°C)
- keep the tablets away from the reach of children and pets.
- If you missed a dose, do not take a double dose for the forgotten dose.

How to consume Erlamide 60mg Tablet 60's
Erlamide Tablet is an orally administered drug. Take medicine as informed by your physician. It is usually taken with or without food once a day. Take the medicine at around the same time every day. Swallow the tablets whole; do not split, chew, or crush them. Do not stop taking Erlamide Tablet without talking to your doctor.
Safety Advice for Erlamide 60mg Tablet 60's
Breast Feeding
Erlamide Tablet is not indicated in females. It is unknown whether Erlamide Tablet are excreted in human milk. It is impossible to rule out a risk for the nursing infant. Erlamide Tablet should not be used during breastfeeding.
Alcohol
Consuming alcohol may affect the effectiveness of the Erlamide Tablet. Stop consuming alcohol if you are taking this medicine.
Liver
It is unknown whether Erlamide Tablet can be used in patients with liver impairment. Consult your doctor if you have any liver diseases before starting the treatment.
Lungs
It is unknown whether Erlamide Tablet can be used in patients with lung disorders. Consult your doctor if you have any lung diseases before starting the treatment.
Driving
Caution is required while driving and operating machinery when you take Erlamide Tablet Tablet because it may cause dizziness, sleepiness, and tiredness and risk of falling.
Pregnancy
You should know that Erlamide Tablet is only for use in men. This drug is not recommended for women, especially if they are or may become pregnant, because it may cause harm to the unborn baby and result in loss of pregnancy. It is better to discuss with a doctor to use of an effective contraceptive method during the treatment and for 3 months after the last dose if your male partner is consuming Erlamide Tablet. It is recommended to consult your physician if you are pregnant already or suspect pregnancy.
Side Effects of Erlamide 60mg Tablet 60's
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
Common:
- Increased cholesterol levels
- Increased blood pressure
- Swelling in lower legs or hands
- Rash and reddening of the skin
- Decreased body weight and loss of appetite
- Diarrhea and nausea
- Muscle pain
- Tiredness and dizziness
Serious:
- Anemia
- Heart disease, stroke or mini-stroke
- Increased blood sugar levels
- Decreased white blood cells
- Fractures of bones
- Seizures and cerebrovascular events
- Severe skin reactions
- Falls
Word of Advice
Inform your physician if you have any heart, kidney, liver or lung disorders before the treatment. Your doctor might give you other medicines unless you had surgery to lower the amount of testosterone in your body. Continue taking this medicine with all the other medications that your doctor prescribes. Erlamide Tablet may cause birth defects if your male partner uses this medicine while planning for pregnancy. Use effective birth control pills or methods during the treatment and for 3 months after the last dose. Your doctor will check your progress and the effects of this medicine at regular visits. Keep all appointments. Do not stop using this medicine, even for a short time, without first asking your doctor.
