Introduction to Gestlieva 200mg Capsule

Gestlieva 200mg Capsule contains the active component Progesterone which belongs to the group of medicines called hormone replacement therapy [HRT]. It is a hormone that plays a vital role in the female reproductive system and menstrual cycle. It is produced mainly by the ovaries after ovulation, but the placenta can also produce it during pregnancy and in smaller amounts by the adrenal glands.

It is not recommended to use this medication if you are allergic to the active compound progesterone and its components. It is not recommended to use if you are allergic to soya. It is not advised to use  Gestlieva 200mg Capsule if you have breast cancer or any type of cancer that is oestrogen receptor sensitive. It is not recommended to use  Gestlieva 200mg Capsule if you have a clotting disorder or blood clot in veins (lungs or legs) and  unexplained vaginal bleeding. It is not advised to consume  Gestlieva 200mg Capsule if you have a heart attack, stroke, angina or abnormal liver function tests. It is not given to patients with a rare inherited blood disorder called porphyria. It is not advised to be used in children.

In some cases, individuals with certain hormonal imbalances, such as uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or poorly managed diabetes, may need careful monitoring or adjustment of their medication regimen when using this medication. It is not recommended to use  Gestlieva 200mg Capsule if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant or while you are breastfeeding. If you are under 50 years old or your last menstrual cycle was less than a year ago, you might still need to utilize extra using contraceptives to avoid getting pregnant. Speak with your doctor about your medical history before starting the treatment. It is necessary to inform your healthcare provider regarding all the medicines you are taking including herbal, vitamin and over the counter medicines.
