Nausea is characterised by stomach pain and the urge to vomit. The forcible, voluntary or involuntary emptying of the stomach's contents through the mouth is known as vomiting.

Interaction of Grandem Syrup with other drugs
Grandem Syrup, which contains granisetron as its active ingredient, may interact with other medications, potentially affecting its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Caution should be exercised when taken with other serotonergic drugs such as SSRIs, SNRIs, or MAO inhibitors, as this may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome—a rare but serious condition. Additionally, combining Grandem Syrup with medications that affect heart rhythm, such as certain antiarrhythmics or antipsychotics, may increase the risk of QT prolongation.
