Ideenat 150mg Tablet is mainly used in the treatment of:

• Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)
  Especially in patients who have relapsed or have high-risk genetic features.

• Follicular Lymphoma (FL)
  For patients whose cancer has returned after at least two previous treatments.

• Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)
  A slow-growing form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

In some cases, Ideenat 150mg tablet uses also extend to combination therapies, where it is taken along with other anticancer medicines for enhanced effect.

Ideenat 150mg Tablet is a PI3K delta inhibitor, which means it blocks a specific enzyme (phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta) that plays a key role in the survival and growth of cancerous B cells.

Here’s what it does inside the body:

• Interrupts survival signals in cancer cells

• Slows down or stops cancer cell growth

• Reduces inflammation in the lymph nodes

• Enhances the effect of other anticancer medications (especially in combination therapy)

Because it targets a specific pathway, Ideenat 150mg Tablet may cause fewer side effects to healthy cells than traditional chemotherapy.

Always inform your doctor about any medicines, supplements, or herbal products you are using. Ideenat 150mg Tablet can interact with:

• Strong CYP3A inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, clarithromycin) – may increase drug levels

• CYP3A inducers (e.g., rifampin, phenytoin) – may reduce its effectiveness

• Anticoagulants like warfarin – may increase bleeding risk.

• Immunosuppressants – increased risk of infection

• Herbal products like St. John's Wort – may interfere with drug activity.

Drug monitoring or dose adjustment may be necessary if you’re taking these.

• Store below 30°C in a dry place

• Keep away from sunlight and moisture.

• Store in the original container until use

• Keep out of reach of children and pets

• Do not use expired tablets

• Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your oncologist.

• Usually taken twice a day (every 12 hours) with or without food.

• Swallow whole with water – do not crush or chew

• Try to take it at the same time daily.

• Reddish patch
• Changes in the skin color
• Skin-peeling Mouth ulcer
• Ulcer in throat, nose, genital, and eye
• Skin rashes
• Fever
• DRESS syndrome (enlarged lymph nodes)

Common:

• Infections
• Liver damage
• Change in the number of WBC
• Increased liver enzymes
• Lung inflammation

Ideenat 150 side effects may vary from person to person, so regular blood tests are important during treatment.

• Stay well hydrated, especially if experiencing diarrhea

• Avoid crowds or individuals who are sick to minimise the risk of infection.
