Introduction to Labecor 100mg Tablet

Labecor 100mg Tablet contains the active constituent labetalol. It is used to treat high blood pressure. It can be used to treat high blood pressure during pregnancy and in patients with angina (chest pain). High blood pressure, when left untreated, can damage the blood vessels and could lead to kidney failure, heart attacks, blindness, or stroke. 

Before taking Labecor 100mg Tablet, talk to your physician if you have any heart problems, circulatory diseases, tumors, liver disorders, kidney disorders or chest pain at rest. Let your physician know about your treatment with Labecor 100mg Tablet before receiving any surgical or diagnostic procedures. 

Avoid drinking alcohol while being treated with this medicine. This medicine contains lactose. Talk with the physician if you have an intolerance to sugars before starting treatment.


Uses of Labecor 100mg Tablet

Labecor 100mg Tablet is used in the treatment of the following:

  • High blood pressure
  • High blood pressure in patients with angina (chest pain)
  • High blood pressure during pregnancy

Labecor 100mg Tablet slows down the heartbeat and widens the arteries (blood vessels) in the body. This lowers the blood pressure rapidly.
