Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule inhibits the enzyme receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK). RTKs create new blood vessels that give oxygen and nutrients to cells and promote their growth. This medication blocks the receptors that promote the formation of blood vessels in tumor cells. RTKs are found in large numbers in cancer cells, and administering this drug lowers the rate of growth and multiplication.

Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule and reduce effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

• Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule should be stored at room temperature, between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).
• Protect it  from light and moisture
• Keep it in its original packaging until it is ready to be used.
• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not freeze

Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule is an oral medication that is usually taken once a day, at approximately the same time each day, with or without food. It should be taken as prescribed by a doctor or other healthcare provider. The dose will be decided by the physician based on your age, weight and severity of the condition you are being treated with. These capsules should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. They should not be crushed, chewed, or opened, as this can affect the way the medication is absorbed and decrease its effectiveness. You should not take a double dose to make up for the second dose.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

• Chest pain or pressure
• Pain in arms, jaw, neck, back
• Breathing problems
• Severe stomach pain
• Blood clot formation
• Blood in stools or coughing blood
• Liver problems
• Yellowish discoloration of skin

Common

• High or low Blood pressure
• Loss of appetite
• Nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea or indigestion
• Tiredness
• Hoarse voice
• Leg swelling
• Rashes
• Pain in joints or muscles
• Hair loss
• Sleeplessness
• Protein in urine, frequent urination
• Low potassium, magnesium and calcium levels in the blood
• Dehydration
• Skin problems
• Gallbladder inflammation
• Increase in the values of cholesterol, thyroid-stimulating hormone, digestive enzymes
• Delayed wound healing

If you are receiving Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule ensure close communication with your healthcare provider and report any concerns or side effects as soon as possible. Avoid getting pregnant and breastfeeding during treatment. Patients should use effective contraception while taking Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule and for at least two weeks after stopping treatment. Patients should avoid eating grapefruits as they affect the absorption of this drug. Patients are recommended to monitor their blood levels for any drop in blood cell count, elevated liver enzymes and renal toxicity. You are advised to drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated to tackle the side effects of diarrhoea and dehydration.  Patients should use sunscreen and wear protective clothing while outdoors to reduce the risk of sunburn or skin damage. You should avoid strenuous activities or exercise until you know how this medication is affecting you. Maintain a healthy and balanced diet during treatment to support your overall health and well-being. By being informed and engaged in your treatment, you can help ensure the best possible outcomes and manage any potential risks or complications associated.
