Luporal Capsule is a combination chemotherapy medication containing tegafur 100mg and uracil 224mg. It is used to treat metastatic colorectal cancer. Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. It is not recommended for adolescents and children. You need to inform your physician if you have heart problems, nervous disorders, diarrhea, blood clot disorders, liver or kidney disorders before taking Luporal Capsule.
This chemotherapy medicine is contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding patients. Use effective birth control while being treated with this medication. Report to your physician if you experience any hypersensitive reactions after taking Luporal Capsule. Do not take more than recommended. The common side effects are low blood count, abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Luporal Capsule inhibits the synthesis and function of genetic material DNA and RNA and prevents the growth of cancer cells.

How to use Luporal Capsule:
Take Luporal Capsule in a dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not crush or chew the capsules.

Pregnancy:
Luporal Capsule can cause harm to the unborn baby. You need to tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this medicine.
Breastfeeding:
Luporal Capsule is contraindicated in breastfeeding patients. You need to inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding before taking this medicine.
Liver:
You need to tell your doctor if you have any liver disorders before taking Luporal Capsule.
Kidney:
You need to tell your doctor if you have any kidney disorders before taking Luporal Capsule.
Others:
