Mydor 500mg injection is used in the following:

• Complicated urinary tract infections (cUTIs)
• Intra-abdominal infections
• Hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP)
• Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP)
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Bacterial meningitis

Mydor 500mg injection disrupts bacterial cell wall synthesis by inhibiting penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs). This interference weakens the cell wall's structure, rendering bacteria susceptible to osmotic stress and eventual cell lysis. This mechanism of action, similar to other beta-lactam antibiotics, makes this medication effective against a broad spectrum of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, aiding in treating various infections.

Inform the doctor about your medicines, including prescription, over-the-counter, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Luliconazole, reducing effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

• Keep away from moisture, heat, and light.
• It should not be frozen.
• Keep away from children and pets.

Serious

• Severe allergic reactions
• Seizures or convulsions
• Worsening symptoms of bacterial or fungal infections
• Severe diarrhea
• Unusual tiredness
• Yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice)
• Dark urine

Common

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Headache
• Rash
• Itching
• Pain at the injection site (if given intravenously)
• Elevated liver enzymes
