Nostof 250mg injection should not be taken if you have allergies to Cefazolin sodium, other cephalosporin antibacterial drugs, penicillins, other beta-lactam drugs, or any of the medication's ingredients. Before taking the medicine, inform your doctor if you have a history of intestinal disorders, particularly colitis (bowel inflammation), kidney problems, or if you are following a low-sodium diet.
Nostof 250mg injection is not recommended for premature infants or infants under one month of age. The safety of this medication in such cases has not been established.
