Introduction
Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule is a chemotherapy medicine containing the active constituent Pomalidomide. It belongs to the group of medications known as immunomodulatory agents. It is used to treat multiple myeloma in adults. Multiple myeloma is a type of cancer mainly affecting certain white blood cells called plasma cells. These cells grow uncontrolled and accumulate in the bone marrow, damaging the bones and kidneys.
The common side effects that are likely to be associated with Pomabuzz 1mg Capsuleare shortness of breath, tiredness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, back and bone pain, dizziness, tremor, upper respiratory tract infection, sleeping trouble, loss of appetite, lack of energy, muscle spasms, muscle weakness, numbness, tingling or burning sensation, the low potassium level in the blood, and anaemia. Inform your doctor if these side effects disturb or persist in you.
Inform your medical professional if you are allergic to the Pomabuzz 1mg Capsuleand its ingredients. Also, inform your doctor if you have high cholesterol levels, heart disorders, breathing problems, blood clot disorders, hepatitis B infection, neuropathy (Pain in hands or feet caused by nerve damage), or smoke before taking this chemotherapy medicine. It is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age.

How Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule Works
Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule works by stimulating the immune system to attack the cancer cells, stopping the formation of blood vessels supplying the cancer cells, and preventing the growth of cancer cells (myeloma cells).
Interaction of Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule with other drugs
Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements and herbal products that you are taking or have taken before the treatment.
Storage Conditions
Keep Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule out of sight and reach of children.
Store at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.
How to consume Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule
Always take Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take this medicine with or without food. Swallow the capsules as a whole with water. Do not crush or chew the capsules.
Safety Advices
Breast Feeding
It is not recommended to use during breastfeeding as it is not known if the Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule passes into breast milk and harms the baby.
Alcohol
It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol while taking Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule. Consult your doctor before consuming it.
Liver
Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule is used with caution in severe liver disease patients. A dose adjustment is required. Your physician will perform blood tests to monitor your liver function during treatment with this medication.
Lungs
Pomabuzz 1mg Capsules should be used with caution in patients with severe conditions. A dose adjustment is required based on the condition. Consult your healthcare provider before taking the Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule.
Driving
Do not drive or operate heavy machines while taking Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule, as it can cause tiredness, dizziness, and confusion.
Pregnancy
Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy as it may cause harmful effects on the unborn baby. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this medicine.
Side Effects
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medications cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
Serious:
Low white blood cells
Bleeding or bruising
Severe or bloody diarrhoea
Blood clots (chest or leg pain, swelling)
Severe liver problems (yellowing of skin or eyes, dark-brow colour urine, abdominal Pain)
Severe allergic reactions (swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing)
Common:
Shortness of breath
Tiredness, weakness
Nausea, vomiting
Dizziness, tremor
Low potassium level in the blood (hypokalaemia)
Back pain, bone pain
Diarrhea, constipation
Upper respiratory tract infection
High blood sugar levels

Use effective birth control for at least 4 weeks before starting treatment, during treatment, and for at least 4 weeks after stopping the medication.
Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.
Handle the medication with disposable gloves to avoid skin contact.
Do not share Pomabuzz 1mg Capsule with others, even if they have similar symptoms, as it may cause birth defects and other serious health risks.
