By suppressing the immune system, Psorid 25mg Capsule 10's Capsule 10's helps prevent organ rejection in transplant recipients. After organ transplantation, the immune system recognizes the transplanted organ as foreign and launches an immune response to attack and reject it. Psorid 25mg Capsule 10's inhibits the activation of T-cells, a type of white blood cell involved in immune responses. This suppression of T-cell activity helps to prevent the immune system from attacking and damaging the transplanted organ, thereby increasing the chances of successful organ transplantation.

1. NSAIDs (Severe)
   Drugs like ibuprofen, diclofenac, or naproxen can increase methotrexate toxicity by reducing its elimination. This combination may lead to severe liver, kidney, or blood-related side effects.

2. Other Immunosuppressants (Severe)
   Using methotrexate with drugs like azathioprine or cyclosporine can significantly raise the risk of bone marrow suppression and infections. Close monitoring is required.

3. Proton Pump Inhibitors (Moderate)
