Pulmosil 10mg Injection contains sildenafil. It is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the blood vessels in the lungs). It improves your ability to exercise. You need to inform your physician if you have vision problems, kidney disorders, liver disorders, stomach ulcers, anemia, heart problems, recently had a heart attack, or if you are taking medicines for chest pain, HIV or fungal infections.
Pulmosil 10mg Injection is not recommended for adolescents and children under the age of 18. You must not drink grapefruit juice while being treated with this medication. The common side effects are nausea, low blood pressure, facial flushing, and headache. You should inform your physician if you are pregnant before receiving this medicine.

It will be given to you by your health care professional. You must not drink grapefruit juice while being treated with this medication.
Safety advice:
Pregnancy:
Pulmosil 10mg Injection should not be used during pregnancy unless strictly necessary. Talk to your physician if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this medicine.
Breastfeeding:
You need to inform if you are breastfeeding before taking Pulmosil 10mg Injection. It will be given to you if clearly needed.
Liver:
Pulmosil 10mg Injection is contraindicated in patients with severe liver disorders. You should inform your physician if you have any liver disorders before taking this medicine.
Kidney:
You need to tell your doctor if you have any kidney disorders before taking Pulmosil 10mg Injection.
Driving:
Pulmosil 10mg Injection may cause dizziness or vision problems. Avoid driving if you are unwell.
Others:
Talk to your physician if:
- You are taking medicines for chest pain, HIV, or fungal infections.
- You have severe heart problems or recently had a heart attack or vision problems.
