Repatha Sure Click 140mg injection is a lipid-lowering agent that contains the active ingredient called Evolocumab. It belongs to the class of medicine called PCSK9 Inhibitors. This medicine is used to treat adults with high cholesterol levels, either as an addition to their current treatment, alongside other cholesterol-lowering medications, or as a stand-alone option when other treatments are ineffective. It is also used in children (age ten and older) with high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) due to familial conditions and adults with high cholesterol and a history of cardiovascular disease. It works with a cholesterol-lowering diet and helps prevent heart-related issues caused by fatty deposits in the arteries.

Do not take Repatha Sure Click 140mg injection if you are allergic to Evolocumab or any of its ingredients.  Before starting the treatment, inform your physician if you have or have had any liver disease. If you experience angioedema or notice severe allergic reaction symptoms, stop taking this medicine, seek medical attention, and follow standard medical procedures. Inform your healthcare provider immediately, and your doctor will monitor you until the symptoms improve. The use of this medicine has not been studied in children under ten years of age. Notify your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or think you may be pregnant or breastfeeding.

Certain medications like fampridine interact with Repatha Sure Click 140mg injection and reduce their effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

• Protect the medicine from light and excessive moisture.
• Keep the medicine out of reach of children and pets.

Repatha Sure Click 140mg injection will be administered to you by a healthcare professional in a hospital setting. It is usually administered under the skin (subcutaneous). Your doctor will decide the dose, route of administration, and frequency based on your disease condition and other factors.
