Taking Rojuzda 25mg Injection with any of the following medicines can change the effect of either of them and may increase the risk of side effects.

Live vaccines such as Measles, Mumps, Rubella, or BCG (Injection Route) Life-threatening
Do not take during treatment.
Concomitant use may increase the risk of serious infections because this medicine can weaken the immune system.

Other myelosuppressive anticancer medicines (Injection/Oral Route) Life-threatening
Use only under strict medical supervision.
Taking these medicines together may increase the risk of severe bone marrow suppression, leading to infections, anaemia, or bleeding.

Immunosuppressants such as Cyclosporine or Tacrolimus (Oral/Injection Route) Moderate
Use with caution.
Concomitant use may further weaken the immune system and increase the risk of infections.

Corticosteroids such as Prednisolone or Dexamethasone (Oral/Injection Route) Moderate
Use under medical supervision.
Taking these medicines together may increase the risk of infections and reduce the body’s ability to fight illness.

Blood-thinning medicines such as Warfarin (Oral Route) Moderate
Use with caution.
Concomitant use may increase the risk of bleeding, especially if blood cell counts become low.

• Stored in the refrigerator at a temperature between 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F).
• Keep away from moisture, heat, and light.
• It should not be frozen.
• Keep away from children and pets.

Rojuzda 25mg injection side effects like all medications, although not everyone will experience them. Rojuzda side effects include 
 

Serious:

• Blood clots

• Hypertension (high blood pressure)

• Stroke

• Heart attack

• Venous thromboembolism (blood clot in a vein)

• Thrombosis (blood clotting disorder)

• Embolism (blockage of blood vessels by a clot or other substance)

• Hemorrhage (excessive bleeding)

• Allergic reactions (rare, but may include rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or difficulty breathing)

Common:

• Headache

• Fatigue

• Dizziness

• Nausea

• Joint pain

• Bone pain

• Muscle pain

• Injection site reactions (e.g., pain, redness, swelling)

• Follow your healthcare provider's instructions carefully.

• Monitor blood pressure, liver, kidney function, and iron levels regularly.

• Address any changes in health parameters promptly.

• Patients with blood clot or bleeding history should be monitored closely.

• Report signs of bleeding like bruising, nosebleeds, or blood in urine/stool.

• Discuss pregnancy and breastfeeding risks with your healthcare provider.
