Telma LNB 25mg Tablet contains the active constituents Telmisartan, metoprolol, and cilnidipine, which belong to the antihypertensive drugs which help in controlling high blood pressure. This medication is recommended when single or dual therapy is not effective. It helps relax the blood vessels by making it easier for the heart to pump blood all over the body, lowering the risk of heart attack and stroke.

This medication is taken as per the advice of the doctor. It can be taken on an empty stomach or with food, but it must be taken at a fixed time daily. It’s very important to take this medicine even if you feel well. Stopping medications without proper advice will make the condition worse. It acts by lowering blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke, so don't stop this medication without the proper advice of a doctor. 

The common side effects of this medicine are dizziness, nausea, change in taste, swelling in the ankles, headaches, feeling sleepy, tiredness, and stomach upset. You can also change your lifestyle by eating a low-fat and salt diet and quitting smoking, which helps the medication work better.
