These medicines may weaken the immune system and reduce the body’s response to the vaccine.

High dose Corticosteroids such as Prednisolone or Dexamethasone (Oral/Injection Route) Moderate
Use with caution.
Long term or high dose steroid therapy may decrease the protective response to vaccination.

Chemotherapy medicines (Oral/Injection Route) Moderate
Delay vaccination if possible.
Cancer treatment can suppress immunity and reduce vaccine effectiveness.

Other routine childhood vaccines (Injection Route) Mild
Generally safe when given together.
Typbar TCV can be administered during the same visit as other vaccines at different injection sites, as advised by a healthcare professional.

Antibiotics (Oral/Injection Route) Mild
Usually safe.
Antibiotics do not significantly affect the response to this vaccine, but vaccination may be postponed in case of moderate or severe illness.

• Stored Typbar TCV Vaccine at room temperature from 2-8°C

• Keep away from moisture, heat, and light.

• It should not be frozen.

• Keep away from children and pets.

Typbar TCV Vaccine can be administered through different routes, including oral and injectable methods. The oral Typbar TCV Vaccine is taken by mouth as a series of capsules or as a liquid. Injectable typhoid vaccines are administered as intramuscular injections.
