Introduction to Zpac 30mg Injection
Zpac 30mg injection is a chemotherapy medication containing the active constituent paclitaxel. It is used to treat breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and AIDS (Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome) related Kaposi’s sarcoma. Cancer is a condition in which cells are dividing and growing fast and in an uncontrolled manner. This medicine is not recommended for adolescents and children under the age of 18.
Zpac 30mg injection may be given alone or in combination with other anticancer medicines. This chemotherapy medication is contraindicated in patients with severe liver problems, uncontrolled infection, and low white blood cell or platelet count. Talk to your doctor if you have heart disorders before taking this medicine.
Administration of this medicine may cause serious allergic reactions. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least six months after the last dose. Zpac 30mg injection may be harmful to the patients suffering from alcoholism as this medicine contains alcohol.

Therapeutic Effects of Zpac 30mg Injection
Zpac 30mg injection inhibits the microtubule structures present in the cell. Microtubule structures help cancer cells to divide and multiply. Inhibition of these structures slows the growth of cancer cells.
Interaction of Zpac 30mg Injection with other drugs
Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, recent vaccinations, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Zpac 30mg Injection and reduce its effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

How to consume Zpac 30mg Injection
It should only be administered by a trained doctor or nurse experienced in giving chemotherapy. The medicine will be given as an infusion into a vein. Do not self-administer the injection. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of the treatment based on your disease severity and other factors.

Side Effects of Zpac 30mg Injection
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
Serious:
- Serious allergic reactions (rash, swelling of face, lips, throat, or tongue, trouble breathing, and swallowing)
- Severe diarrhea
- Severe stomach pain

- Anemia, feeling tired
- Hair loss
- Burning, tingling, or numbness in your feet or hands
- Muscle and joint pain
- Vomiting, nausea
- Mouth or lip sores
- Infections
- Swelling of hands, feet, and face
