The domperidone + esomeprazole is approved for medical use for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux) and functional dyspepsia.

Domperidone + esomeprazole is used  to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) and relieving indigestion symptoms (heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation). It also neutralizes the stomach acid and promotes easy gas passage to reduce stomach discomfort).

Domperidone + esomeprazole is available as a 2.5mg tablet which is administered orally.Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition.

The common side effects experienced while you are on the treatment with domperidone + esomeprazole are diarrhea, flatulence, stomach pain, dryness in mouth, headache.

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to domperidone, esomeprazole, or any of the ingredients present in them. Consult your doctor if you have liver, kidney, heart, or bone disorders. The safety and effectiveness of the drug in children has yet to be established. So, you should consult your doctor before using the drug in children.

It is advised to limit or avoid the consumption of cold milk and hot tea, coffee, spicy food, or chocolate to get better results with the medicine.
