The common side effects that are experienced while you are on the treatment with Relugolix hot flushes, increased blood sugar levels, increased blood fat (triglyceride) levels, muscle and joint pain, decreased blood hemoglobin levels, increased liver enzymes, tiredness, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, nausea, rash, fatigue, low red cell count (anemia), breast enlargement in men (gynecomastia), sleeplessness, depression, high blood pressure, increased sweating, decreased interest in sex and increased weight.

Inform your doctor if you have a liver problem or are going to take a liver function test; it can alter the results of the patients. Drink enough water and take electrolytes to compensate for the water loss during the diarrhea. It is recommended to avoid junk foods and eat fiber-rich foods to manage constipation. Taking adequate rest can help you to improve muscle, joint pain, and tiredness. Your doctor might recommend you monitor the treatment progress by PSA (prostate-specific antigen) test. Monitor your blood pressure and glucose levels during the medication.
