Chemodoc 20mg Injection uses:

• Non-small cell lung cancer

• Breast cancer

• Stomach or gastric cancer

• Prostate cancer

• Head and neck cancer

chemodoc 20mg Injection works by inhibiting the microtubule structures present in the cell. Microtubule structures help cancer cells to divide and multiply, which slows the growth of cancer cells and eventually kills them.

1. Erythromycin (Severe)
   This antibiotic can slow the breakdown of docetaxel, increasing its side effects. Avoid concurrent use unless recommended by your doctor.

2. Ciclosporin (Severe)
   Using Ciclosporin with docetaxel can raise the risk of toxicity due to higher drug levels in the blood. Medical supervision is essential.

3. Carboplatin (Moderate)
   Concurrent use may enhance bone marrow suppression, leading to anemia or low white blood cell count. Regular blood tests are recommended.

4. Doxorubicin (Moderate)
   Combining these drugs can increase the risk of heart-related side effects. Use only under oncologist guidance with cardiac monitoring.

5. Warfarin (Moderate)
   Docetaxel may increase the effect of Warfarin, raising bleeding risk. Monitor INR levels regularly during treatment.

• Keep chemodoc 20mg Injection out of sight and reach of children.

• Do not store above 25°C.

It will be given by infusion into one of your veins (intravenous use). It is administered by a healthcare professional. The Chemodoc 20mg Injection dosage depends on your weight and general condition. Do not self-administer. 

Chemodoc 20mg Injection side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. 

Serious:

• Severe allergic reactions

• Severe fluid retention

• Severe skin problems

• Swelling of the small intestine and colon

Common:

• Headache, dizziness

• Fever, infections

• Low blood cell count

• Loss of appetite

• Trouble sleeping

• Joint or muscle pain

• Alteration in the sense of taste

• Eye problems, bleeding from the nose

• Nausea, vomiting

• Diarrhea, constipation

• Abdominal pain

• Hair loss, change in color of your nails

• Change or absence of menstrual period

• Weight loss

• Tiredness

• Dry mouth

• High blood sugar

• Decreased blood pressure, rapid heartbeat

• Both men and women taking Chemodoc 20mg Injection should use effective birth control during the treatment period.

• Women of reproductive potential must continue contraception during therapy and for six months after completing the treatment.

• Male patients should avoid fathering children and use reliable contraception for at least six months after the final dose.

• Inform your doctor immediately if you experience intestinal issues such as stomach pain, tenderness, or diarrhea during treatment.

• Your healthcare provider may recommend regular blood tests to monitor blood cell count and liver function while on this medication.
