• Advanced stage of large intestine cancer
• Metastatic breast cancer
• Advanced non-small cell lung cancer
• Advanced kidney cancer
• Advanced epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer
• Persistent, recurrent cervical cancer

Halsbev 100mg Injection is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that works as a targeted therapy in the treatment of various advanced cancers. It produces its action by selectively binding to the vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) protein, which is present in the lining of blood and lymph vessels in the body. It interrupts the interaction of VEGF-A with its receptors. This further inhibits the formation of blood vessels that supply oxygen and nutrients to the tumor. As a result, it slows down the rate of progression of cancer.

Inform your doctor about prescription, over-the-counter, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Halsbev 100mg Injection, reducing effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

This medicine is given only in a hospital by a healthcare provider. Your doctor will provide you with Halsbev 100mg Injection intravenously (into a vein). Your physician will decide the dosage and frequency of this injection based on the severity of your disease and other factors.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Although all drugs cause side effects, not everyone experiences them.

Serious:

• High blood pressure
• Feeling of numbness or tingling in hands or feet
• Decreased blood count
• Lack of energy and tiredness
• Diarrhea
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Abdominal pain.
• Gut problem (perforation)
• Bleeding or blood clotting disorder
• Heart failure
• Wound healing problem (surgery)
• Stomach or intestinal disorder
• Muscle problem
• Dry mouth, thirst, or reduced urine
• Inflammation of the linings in the mouth, gut, lung and air passage, reproductive and urinary tract)
• Sore mouth
• Pain (back, pelvis or anal regions)
• Pus
• Infection
• Sleepiness
• Nose bleeding
• Allergic reactions (the signs may include breathing difficulty, facial redness, rash, low blood pressure or high blood pressure, chest pain, or nausea/vomiting)

Common:

• Constipation
• Loss of appetite
• Fever
• Problems with the eyes (including increased production of tears),
• Changes in speech
• Change in the sense of taste
• Runny nose
• Dryness or inflammation of the skin
• Loss of body weight
• Nose bleeds
• Voice changes and hoarseness

Drinking at least two liters of water and eating a healthy diet that contains fiber may help you recover from constipation. Sufficient amounts of water and electrolytes help compensate for the water loss caused by diarrhea and vomiting. Your doctor may recommend you to check your blood pressure level before taking the medicine. Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, and eating foods that irritate your mouth.
