Uses of Immunorel 0.5gm Injection 10ml:

• Primary immunodeficiency disease (PID)
• Chronic inflammatory demyelinating  polyneuropathy (CIDP)
• Multifocal motor neuropathy

Immunorel 0.5gm Injection 10ml works by restoring the immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies. It directly binds to the Fc fragment-specific receptors and acts against inflammatory mediators. It induces cell death in B and T cells, eventually reducing inflammation and the severity of infections. It functions by replenishing the antibodies that are lacking in order to combat infections and inflammation. 

Inform your physician about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with Immunorel 0.5gm Injection 10ml and cause undesirable side effects.The use of human immunoglobulins reduces the effectiveness of some vaccines like mumps, measles,rubella and chickenpox.

• Store Immunorel 0.5gm Injection 10ml in a refrigerator (2°C- 8°C).
• Do not freeze.

Immunorel 0.5gm Injection 10ml is usually administered through a vein (intravenously) by your physician in a hospital setting. It will be infused into your body gradually at first. After then, your doctor might progressively raise the infusion rate.Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, blood viscosity and  other disease conditions. 

Side Effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Although all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

• Severe allergic reaction (rash, itching, swelling of lips, tongue, wheezing, difficulty breathing, low blood pressure with confusion, dizziness, fainting)
• Meningitis (inflammation of the brain)
• Respiratory failure
• Migraine
• High blood pressure
• Blood clot in lungs
• Rupturing of red blood cells

Common

• Rash
• Itching
• Wheezing
• Difficulty in breathing
• Swelling of the eyelids
• Fever
• Confusion
• Dizziness
• Low BP

If you have a current or past history of a kidney disorder, it is important to inform your physician. They will exercise caution and closely monitor your kidney function during treatment with Immunorel 0.5gm Injection 10ml. Eat a well-balanced diet. You should avoid driving or handling machines if you feel dizzy or tired. The rate of infusion may be connected to some side effects, such as headache, flushing, chills, myalgia, wheezing, tachycardia, lower back pain, nausea, and hypotension. Adherence to the prescribed infusion rate is crucial. Immunorel 0.5gm Injection 10ml may alter some laboratory tests hence it is essential to inform your doctor before screening for any tests. Regular monitoring of urine output and renal function must be followed.
