Panto BSV 40mg Injection contains pantoprazole. It is used to treat reflux oesophagitis (inflammation of the tube connecting the throat to your stomach caused by reflux of acid from the stomach), stomach, and duodenal ulcers. It is also used to treat Zollinger-Ellison-Syndrome (tumors form in the pancreas or duodenum, leading to too much production of stomach acid). Talk to your physician if you have severe liver problems, or if you are taking atazanavir (treats HIV infection), or due to have a specific blood test (chromogranin A).
Panto BSV 40mg Injection is not recommended for adolescents and children under the age of 18. Administration of this medicine for a long duration may lead to low magnesium levels in the blood. This may cause tiredness, convulsions, increased heart rate, or muscle contractions. Report to your physician if you experience any of these symptoms.

How Panto BSV 40mg Injection works:
Panto BSV 40mg Injection inhibits enzyme H+K+ATPase, reduces gastric acid secretion, and relieves the symptoms associated with ulcer conditions.

Breastfeeding:

Liver:
You need to tell your doctor if you have any liver disorders before taking Panto BSV 40mg Injection.
Others:
- Talk to your physician you are taking atazanavir (treats HIV infection) or due to have a specific blood test (chromogranin A).
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
