1. P-gp Inhibitors such as Clarithromycin or Verapamil (Severe)
   These medicines can increase relugolix levels in the blood, raising the risk of side effects. Dose spacing or close medical supervision is required.

2. Strong Enzyme Inducers like Rifampicin or Carbamazepine (Severe)
   Such drugs can speed up relugolix breakdown and reduce its effectiveness. Combined use is generally avoided unless treatment is adjusted.

3. QT Prolonging Medicines (Moderate)
   Antiarrhythmics and certain antipsychotics may add to relugolix related heart rhythm effects. ECG monitoring is recommended when used together.

4. Apalutamide (Moderate)
   Apalutamide can reduce relugolix exposure and weaken treatment response. Doctors may monitor therapy closely or modify dosing.

5. Hormonal Therapies affecting Androgens (Moderate)
   Using other androgen suppressing medicines alongside relugolix may increase side effect risk. Clinical monitoring helps ensure safety.
