1. Metformin (Moderate)
   Long-term use of metformin may reduce vitamin B12 absorption. U Bet may correct deficiency, but monitoring is advised during combined use.

2. Proton Pump Inhibitors / H2 Blockers (Moderate)
   Drugs like omeprazole or ranitidine can reduce B12 absorption from the gut. Parenteral B12 like U Bet is not affected but may be needed if deficiency persists.

3. Nitrous Oxide (Severe)
   Exposure to nitrous oxide can inactivate B12, reducing its effectiveness. Ensure adequate B12 supplementation when using nitrous oxide.

4. Folic Acid (Moderate)
