Introduction
Unigrilin 20mg Injection is a blood thinner used to prevent harmful blood clots in people with heart problems. It is commonly prescribed during procedures like angioplasty and in patients with unstable angina or non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) to keep blood flowing smoothly in the heart.
It contains Eptifibatide, a medicine that belongs to a group of drugs called glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors. These medicines work by stopping platelets (blood cells involved in clotting) from sticking together, reducing the risk of heart attack or other complications.
