Vibro 10mg Injection contains vecuronium bromide. It is used to relax your muscles during surgery as a part of a general anesthetic (produce unconsciousness). When you have surgery, your muscles must be completely relaxed. It makes the physician easier to perform an operation. Vecuronium bromide also facilitates endotracheal intubation (a tube inserted into the mouth or nose to facilitate breathing) and mechanical ventilation in patients who cannot breathe on their own due to critical conditions and in surgery.
This injection is used in the hospital environment only. The physician should be informed if the patient has kidney diseases, liver disorders, gall bladder problems, heart disorders, fluid retention, nervous or muscular disorders such as myasthenia gravis before the administration of Vibro 10mg Injection.
Uses of Vibro 10mg Injection:
- Skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery
- Facilitates endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation
How Vibro 10mg Injection works:
Nerves send messages known as impulses to the muscles. Vibro 10mg Injection relaxes your muscles by blocking these impulses.
Interactions with other drugs:
Inform your doctor about any medications you are taking or have taken before the treatment.

How to use Vibro 10mg Injection:
It will be given to you by a doctor or nurse.

Pregnancy:
The physician should be informed if the patient is pregnant before the administration of Vibro 10mg Injection. It will be given if clearly needed.
Breastfeeding:
The physician should be informed if the patient is breastfeeding before the administration of Vibro 10mg Injection. It will be given if clearly needed.
Liver:
The physician should be informed if the patient has liver disorders, as this medicine should be used with caution in patients with liver disorders.
Kidney:
The physician should be informed if the patient has kidney disorders, as this medicine should be used with caution in patients with kidney disorders.
Driving:
After having Vibro 10mg Injection, you may feel weak for some time. Do not drive or handle any tools or machines unless your doctor says you are ready to engage in such activities.
Others:
- The physician should be informed if the patient has gall bladder problems, heart disorders, fluid retention, nervous or muscular disorders such as myasthenia gravis before the administration of Vibro 10mg Injection.
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
