Introduction
Palbobuzz 125 Tablet is a targeted therapy containing the active constituent palbociclib. It belongs to the group of anticancer medications known as cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. It is used in treating hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 negative advanced or metastatic (has spread to other parts of the body) breast cancer. Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. It is given in combination with certain other anticancer medications.
The common side effects that are likely to associate with Palbobuzz 125 Tablet are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tiredness, hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nosebleed, decreased appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of lips and mouth, changes in taste, dry eye, blurred vision, and increased tearing. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects disturb or persist in you. Inform your healthcare provider if you are allergic to Palbobuzz 125 Tablet and its ingredients. Before taking this medicine, it is vital to inform your doctor if you have any signs of infections (fever, chills, or sore throat), liver disorders, kidney disorders, or intolerance to some sugars. Consult your physician immediately if you experience symptoms such as dry cough, chest pain, difficulty breathing, as it could indicate lung inflammation. Make sure you inform your physician of all the medicines, including supplements and herbal medicines, you are taking before you start treatment with this medication. Use effective birth control during the treatment and at least three weeks after the last dose. It is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age.

Palbobuzz 125 Tablet uses are
Treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
How Palbobuzz 125 Tablet Works
Palbobuzz 125 Tablet works by blocking the protein called cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6, which are vital for the division and growth of cells. By blocking these proteins, this medication slows the growth and prevents the cancer cells from spreading.
Interaction of Palbobuzz 125 Tablet with other drugs
Inform your doctor about any medications you are taking or have taken before the treatment. Concurrent use of Palbobuzz 125 Tablet with CYP3A4 inhibitors such as fentanyl has reported increased fentanyl toxicity.
Storage conditions
Keep Palbobuzz 125 Tablet out of sight and reach of children.
Store at 20°C to 25°C.
How to take Palbobuzz 125 Tablet
Take the Palbobuzz 125 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take this medication once a day at the same time with food. Swallow this tablet as a whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing, breaking, or chewing the tablet.
Safety Advices
Pregnancy
It is not recommended to take Palbobuzz 125 Tablet during pregnancy as it can harm the unborn baby. Women with childbearing potential should use effective contraceptives during treatment and for at least three weeks after treatment.
Breast Feeding
It is not recommended to take Palbobuzz 125 Tablet while breastfeeding as it is not known whether it passes into the breast milk. consult your healthcare provider before taking this tablet.
Lungs
You need to tell your physician if you have any lung disorders before taking Palbobuzz 125 Tablet, as this medication should be used with caution in kidney disorders.
Liver
Inform your physician if you have any liver disorders before taking Palbobuzz 125 Tablet, as it should be used with caution in liver disorders.
Alcohol
It is unknown whether it is safe to drink alcohol while taking Palbobuzz 125 Tablet. Check with your doctor for advice.
Driving
Palbobuzz 125 Tablet can cause tiredness. Avoid driving if you are unwell. Have a word with your healthcare provider before starting the therapy.
Side Effects
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Palbobuzz 125 Tablet side effects are
Serious:
Blood disorder (fever, chills, shortness of breath, weakness, bleeding, or bruising)
Lung inflammation (chest pain, dry cough, or difficulty breathing)

Dry skin, rash

Low blood cell counts.
Decreased of appetite
Nausea, vomiting
Expert tips
Avoid consuming grapefruit, grapefruit juice, and products containing St. John’s wort during treatment.
Use effective birth control during treatment and for at least 3 weeks after the final dose (females) and 14 weeks after the final dose (males).
This medicine may affect fertility. Discuss with your doctor if you have any fertility-related concerns before starting treatment.
Your doctor may advise regular blood tests to monitor how the medicine is affecting your blood cells.
