Tanstrive 120mg Tablet may be prescribed for selected cancers with RET gene alterations, including certain RET fusion-positive lung and thyroid cancers and RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer.

Selpercatinib blocks RET kinase activity. This reduces abnormal signalling that can promote the growth of RET-altered cancer cells.

Tell your doctor about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and herbal supplements you take.

• Acid-reducing medicines can affect Selpercatinib absorption.

• CYP3A inhibitors may increase Selpercatinib levels.

• CYP3A inducers may reduce its levels.

• Medicines that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of abnormal heart rhythms.

• Selpercatinib can affect certain other medicines metabolised through CYP pathways or transported by P-glycoprotein.

Take Tanstrive 120mg Tablet exactly as prescribed.

Selpercatinib is generally taken twice daily. A 120mg tablet may be used as part of the prescribed dose, particularly when a weight-based dose of 120mg twice daily is appropriate.

Do not alter the number of tablets taken without medical advice.
