Xelucip 120mg Tablet Uses to Advanced hormone-sensitive prostate cancer

Xelucip 120mg Tablet can competitively bind to pituitary GnRH receptors, thereby reducing the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which results in a reduction of testosterone levels in men with prostate cancer.

1. P-gp Inhibitors (Severe)
   Medicines that block P-glycoprotein transport, such as certain antivirals or antifungals, can increase relugolix levels in the body. This may raise the risk of side effects, so dose spacing or medical supervision is essential.

2. Strong Enzyme Inducers (Severe)
   Drugs like rifampicin or carbamazepine can speed up the breakdown of relugolix, making it less effective. Avoid combined use unless your doctor adjusts the treatment.

3. QT-Prolonging Medicines (Moderate)
   Antiarrhythmics and some antipsychotics may add to relugolix’s potential to affect heart rhythm. Use together only with cardiac monitoring.

4. Apalutamide (Moderate)
   This medicine can reduce relugolix absorption and weaken its therapeutic effect. Your doctor may need to monitor levels or adjust dosing.

5. Oral P-gp Inhibitors (Moderate)
